Job Description
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with growth targets
- Lead and mentor a multi-channel sales team across APAC
- Drive partnerships through Business-to-Consumers channels
- Expand direct-to-consumer sales platforms and market reach
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory shifts
- Oversee pipeline development, forecasting and performance analytics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine offerings
The Successful Applicant
- Experience sales leader, ideally in medical device, dental, wellness or healthcare
- Proven success in scaling B2C sales operations
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex sales cycles
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
