Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for the division, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Oversee major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Develop and manage the division’s budget.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, establishing performance goals and conducting appraisals.
Lead the development of innovative solutions and conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners, vendors, and clients.
Serve as a spokesperson for their function and contribute to the company’s public image and communication strategies.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, Communications).
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant industry, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
