Provide oversight and lead design activities across projects.
Drive design quality, practice, and offerings that meet business and user goals as well as create new offerings for our Corporate Banking customers.Deeply understand the market, our competitors, speak to our clients about their needs, usage access and expectations to drive Client sticknessOwn the UX capability output across key projects, ensuring each project deliverable is consistent with vision to deliver best User experienes and build reusable assets across projects Build a strong UX capability, provide career guidance and performance decisions for UX team members Provide directional oversight of individual project team's work and assume overall accountability for it.Develop prototypes for the business , stakeholders to capture VOC feedback refine the overall experience Your key skills :
At least 10 years of experience in the relevant space.
Experience with UX tools and platforms, covering but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Confluence, or JIRA Building Designlanguage systems, branding thought leaderships Extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research.Mastery in two to three areas of expertise such as Service Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or Content Design.Proven history of managing cross-functional teams to create a powerful, effective, and coherent design solution.Highly proactive with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
