What You Will Do

Video Producer, YouTube

As a Video Producer for YouTube, you’ll be responsible for directing and executing high-quality content that drives engagement across TSL’s YouTube and Facebook channels.

From content ideation and videography to editing and quality control, this role will allow you to creatively shape the voice of TSL's digital presence.

Content Development

• Oversee the direction and strategy of video content on TSL’s YouTube and Facebook channels.
  
  
• Manage the content calendar and report on performance and engagement metrics.
  
  
• Lead the ideation process and take ownership of videography and editing when needed.
  
  
• Ensure that all content uploaded meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to TSL’s guidelines.
  
  

Workflow & Resource Management

• Assess current workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  
  
• Troubleshoot issues with local and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of video projects.
  
  
• Create and manage production budgets for both organic and client video content, tailoring budgets for different types of video executions.

Producer / Production Lead, Custom Productions

As a Producer/Production Lead for Custom Productions, you’ll lead the end-to-end production of custom content for various clients, ensuring flawless execution from concept to post-production.

This role combines creativity with strategic planning to deliver high-quality, engaging custom content that aligns with client goals and brand standards.

Production Execution

• Lead and manage the end-to end production process of custom content, overseeing pre-production, filming, and post-production phases.
  
  
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  
  
• Supervise a team of producers, editors, and freelance creatives, ensuring clear direction and quality control throughout the production process.

A Successful Candidate Should Have
