JOB SCOPE
Develop, administer & maintain work rosterMaintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) accuracyWorkflow enhancement & improvement plansEnsuring that staff are providing excellent customer serviceManpower deployment forecast & planningSet goals for performance & deadlinesManage a team of Executive, Supervisors & AmbassadorsProvide assistance and information to visitorsPerform sales transactions for gallery admission events & programsPerform daily opening & closing of counter, including generating reconciling daily sales reportsMaintain knowledge of promotions & policies regarding payment, exchanges & security practicesPre-print tickets for group visits & ensure sufficient ticketing management for schoolsManage feedback & perform service recovery in accordance to stipulated guidelines JOB REQUIREMENT
