Responsibilities
- Plan and execute seasonal visual directives in accordance with principal guidelines, tailoring them to local market needs
- Coordinate all Visual Merchandising (VM) activities, including store visits, window displays, PTWs, installations, and database maintenance
- Monitor execution quality across stores through photo reviews, memos, and regular evaluations
- Create planogram and display layouts on Displayer where necessary
- Support business goals by driving store traffic and conversion through impactful VM strategies
- Maintain high standards in store environment elements such as music, scent, and plants
- Identify and source vendors for production needs where necessary
- Uphold brand identity and standards across all VM executions and communication
- Lead the local VM team ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Coach and develop VM team through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews
- Foster best practices by benchmarking competitors and sharing actionable insights
- Serve as a brand ambassador, exemplifying visual excellence and enthusiasm across all initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' of prior experience in visual merchandising, store planning or related functions
- Prior experience in leading a team is a bonus
- Ability to perform hands-on work in setting up and changing visual displays, requiring physical activity and stamina
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Flexibility to work during off-peak hours (early mornings or late nights), as visual display installations are typically scheduled to minimize disruption to store operations and the customer experience
- Weekend and public holiday availability may occasionally be required, in line with retail activity
- Strong communication and coaching skills with a clear passion for fashion trends and visual storytelling
- Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with tight timelines
- Confident in leading with initiative and setting high-quality standards for store execution
