Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Volunteer Centre’s goals, strategies, and workplans to drive recruitment, engagement, and retention.
Build partnerships with social service agencies, grassroots organizations, corporates, and government bodies to expand volunteer opportunities.
Match and deploy volunteers according to their strengths, interests, and community needs.
Oversee volunteer training, recognition, and development programmes.
Manage operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring high standards of safety and governance.
Lead and mentor a small team, promoting innovation and best practices in volunteer management.
Work with PCS’s Communications team to share volunteer stories and strengthen the Centre’s brand and visibility.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related discipline.
At least 3- 5 years of experience in volunteer management, community partnerships, or programme coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Office and volunteer management systems.
Resourceful, adaptable, and passionate about building a culture of volunteerism.
