Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of top tier corporate accounts primarily in the real estate and real estate-related industriesMarket suite of products and services to existing and new clientsCross-sell product capabilities and regional franchise to deepen client coverage and enhance portfolio returnResponsible for risk (including credit and operational) management of portfolioHandle documentation and negotiations (for loan and security etc)Prepare credit memos and reviews (including financial models) Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate and investment banking preferredGood knowledge on credit analytics, corporate finance, banking products & services and loan & security documentationStrong credit and financial analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsResults-oriented, resourceful and possess keen business acumen in identifying and developing business opportunitiesStrong team player with ability to foster trust and work well with team members Apply Now
