Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the professional growth of academic staff, ensuring they stay current with the latest education trends and inclusive learning practices.
- Manage and optimize the deployment and timetable of teaching personnel.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new curricula and assessment strategies that reflect evolving demands in early childhood education.
- Supervise daily school operations to ensure full compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
- Champion students' well‑being and oversee the timely, high‑quality completion of their learning tasks and assignments.
- Foster strong staff engagement across the department and throughout the organisation, in alignment with company values.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is a minimum requirement.
- Experience in early childhood education is a must with preference for entire age range from 0-6 years old.
- Passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
- Able to lead curriculum development and educational research.
