Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and MIS analysis, including loss forecasting and budgeting, for Singapore and other regional markets. Oversee the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to support executive-level decision-making. Direct the design and implementation of advanced data analytics and forecasting models, including the development of interactive dashboards and visualization tools. Monitor delinquency trends across portfolios, identifying emerging risks and rmending mitigation strategies. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by driving automation initiatives, particularly in data extraction and reporting processes using Datamart and other advanced tools. Architect and maintain a scalable, resilient MIS infrastructure that supports evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to align Datamart architecture with strategic business objectives. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MIS and analytics-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and dataernance standards. Job Requirements Degree holder (preferably in Banking & Finance/Business Administration/puter Science/any related field) Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics within Consumer Credit or MIS reporting-preferably in a banking or financial services environment. Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills, with a good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Proficient in SAS scripting and familiar with database management, data networks, and software development methodologies. Excellentmunication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, independent, and resilient under pressure, while also being a collaborative team player.
