About the Role
We're looking for a numbers-obsessed and globally-driven VP, User Acquisition and Growth to own and scale Quidax's user base across Africa and beyond.
You'll build high-performing acquisition engines across paid, organic, and crypto-native channels, making sure we grow not just fast - but profitably.
This role isn't about running campaigns for fluff metrics.
It's about building sustainable growth loops, owning CAC and LTV, and turning acquisition into a repeatable, scalable machine.
If you have successfully managed large-scale acquisition programs and are comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments, especially in Web3 or fintech, this role is literally in your pocket
