Job Description:
- Administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities - PO, DO, Invoices.
- Ensures proper documentation not limiting to classification, sorting, filing and archiving.
- Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
- Ensure daily warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely.
- Support warehouse staff in administrative tasks and document control.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and inventory control.
- Other ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of related administrative experience in warehouse environment
- Good with MS office such as Words and Excel
- Meticulous and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable working in warehouse environment
