Warehouse Assistant & Admin (Perm 5 days commitment )
Assist with pick & pack of stock.
Handle incoming sorting and importer labeling.
Manage outgoing sorting and preparation for dispatch.
Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
Complete basic administrative tasks on internal systems related to orders.
Attire: Top: Black or any top Pants: Jeans or black pants Shoes: Please confirm if covered or safety shoes are required.
Job Requirements
- Willing to learn or know how to use internal system.
- Able to carry about 5-10 kg goods.
- Good command of the English language.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Attire: black top, black pants, covered shoes.
- Bring physical NRIC.
- Arrive 10 mins before job start time.
- Contact site supervisor – send an image via WhatsApp of your surroundings to help locate you (e.g., Mall Entrance, Guard house, HDB block no.).
- WhatsApp text/call preferred for contacting site supervisor if voice call/SMS fails.
- Late comers may be rejected for the day’s job.
- Do not turn up until you receive EL Connect app and email notification.
- Leaving work before job end time is misconduct and may result in no pay.
- Payment is up to management discretion.
