Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of goods
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and support inventory control measures
- Ensure proper handling of goods, including temperature-controlled items (if applicable)
- Implement and uphold workplace safety and health standards in the warehouse
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth logistics operations
- Prepare operational reports and highlight improvement areas to management
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory exposure
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively
- Forklift license will be a plus
