- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
- Expected salary: $1,800 - $2,200 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift to load, unload, and organize goods safely (valid forklift license required).
- Manage inventory using internal systems; ensure accurate stock movement and records.
- Assist with picking, packing, and fulfilling online orders.
- Plan and arrange daily driver delivery routes for timely and efficient deliveries.
- Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
- Ensure frozen and chiller storage areas are clean, properly labeled, and well-maintained.
- Support incoming goods inspection and proper storage procedures.
- Work closely with the admin teams on stock planning and daily logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers to request quotations, follow up on deliveries, or resolve issues.
- Source and research for new suppliers or materials when needed.
- Assist with purchase orders, procurement follow-ups, and documentation.
- Provide general operations support across departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift license (compulsory).
- Experience with inventory management systems and basic logistics processes.
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Excel, order tracking, purchase forms).
- Physically fit – must be able to lift heavy objects and handle warehouse duties.
- Able to work independently and take initiative, while being a team player.
- Prior experience in warehouse, procurement, or operations support is preferred.
