Job Scope:
· Inspect and receive incoming shipments
· Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods
· Picking and packing of goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy according to shipping documents.
· Manage and coordinate physical inventory and perform cycle counts as requested
· Process inbound and outbound inventory into ERP system
· Prepare related document before delivery e.g invoices, delivery orders etc
· Coordinate with local transporters to deliver goods to the customers.
· General housekeeping of warehouse
· Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year related experience
· Able to use warehouse equipments e.g. hand pallets etc, training will be provided
· Knowledge in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Word
· A team player, diligent and responsible
· Willing to work overtime, on holidays and weekends as and when necessary or as requested
Additional Information:
· Salary – S$2.2K + Overtime pay
· Contract duration: 12-month contract, convertible to perm
· Commencement Date: Immediate
· Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
