We are looking for a results-driven Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Logistics Supervisor to oversee our daily operations and ensure efficiency.
We're seeking someone who embodies:
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management.
Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and delivery of orders.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to optimize warehouse operations.
Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control (proper storage and recording of inventory), logistics, and delivery scheduling.
- Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure all stocks in the warehouse are put away in the right location and stock record movement, ensuring correct quantities are reflected in the WMS & SAP.
- Manage all the stations efficiently (sorting & packing section) / (VLM Goods receiving + conventional receiving section)
- Lead the picking and packing operations and receiving with speed and accuracy of fulfillment.
- Perform cycle count.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with external & internal parties (Sales team and Purchasing team) to ensure timely delivery and product quality (items correctly packed and dispatched for delivery) to fulfill all orders accordingly.
- Monitor and report on operational performance and implement improvement processes / strategies.
- Ensure workers are compliance with health and safety regulations and safe working environment is established and maintained
- Manage all warehouse equipment and resources with compliance to safety and security procedures
- Training and supervising new employees, tracking, and measuring staff performance
- Monitors and reports monthly daily productivity operation and staff attendance.
- Work closely with HR and Management to see that the operation is fully staffed to ensure productivity and high service levels.
- Analyze & resolve daily operations issues to enable smooth warehousing activities at various stations.
- To sustain work discipline, execute action plans and improvement programs to improve service, quality, productivity and all defined KPIs.
- Responsible for staff discipline to upkeep company's service level.
- Responsible for the overall operation (hands-on) and warehouse administration
- Contribute to the development of annual and L-T business plans, forecast performance against business KPIs and estimate financial and resources required to deliver performance targets
- Time to time you may be deploy to another role when required.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management / reporting officer (RO).
Job Requirements:
- Have experience in handling WMS and SAP B1 and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in operations management (minimum 4 years), preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive working attitude, Committed and responsible, willingness to take on challenges.
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking associates and customers to liaise with the deliveries.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.15am – 6.15pm
- Saturday: 8.15am – 6.15pm (2 Saturday Off per month)
- Permanent Sun & PH off (Rest Day)
