Position: In-Plant Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator (Assistant Supervisor) - MNC Company
Location: Jurong Island
Salary: $2800-$3850 (Basic) + $220 Exclusive Site Allowance, $400 Holiday Pay + Service Benefits + AWS Bonus
Working Date & Working Time: 8.30am-5.15pm (5 Working Days)
Responsibilities:
Packing:
Packing facilities case studies & troubleshooting with maintenance team during equipment failure .
Work closely with production team the silo management .
Check on the packing configuration from the sales team requirements.
Inventory & outbound:
Warehouse inventory & stock balance management
Ensure contractors meet daily KPI and customer given timeline without container roll over.
Monthly Cycle Count and yearly twice stock count ( 1st July and 1st of Jan ).
Administration:
Involve in ISOs audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001 and IS
Follow up the Change in documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Risk Assessment .
Month end closing compared inventory with SAP & WMS .
Other:
Assist in overseeing the daily smooth operations of the In-Plant Logistics function.
Assist production team to send out the waste product to the vendor.
Manage warehouse safety protocol (e.g. forklift, cargo stacking & barrowing procedure).
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
IT knowledge on SAP MM (Materials Module) and IM (Inventory Module).
Microsoft Office knowledge – Excel, Word , Ppt.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willing to work within Jurong Island and shuffling between two plants and external warehouses.
May require occasional evening or weekend work for stock take.
