Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
This role ensures that productivity targets are met, inventory is accurate, and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Plan and organize work schedules to meet operational needs and delivery deadlines.

Inventory Control
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.
Implement effective inventory control systems to prevent losses and discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely replenishment of materials.
3.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements or disciplinary actions where necessary.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
4.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
Oversee the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
5.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
Maintain records of shipments, receipts, and warehouse transactions.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Working Conditions:
Based in warehouse or logistics facility environment.
May require occasional overtime, weekend work, or physical activity (lifting/moving goods).
