Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production, quality control, and team management aspects of our food product division.
This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in food production, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Description
Cooperate and coordinate the daily operations of the production team, ensuring adherence to warehouse quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance in the warehouse department.
Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry packaging standards.
Train and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies of ingredients, raw materials and packaging materials.
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in the warehouse for all employees.
Analyze packaging data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 15 kg - 30 kg.
Work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and overtime as required.
Able to work rotating shifts (day/night) and overtime.
Working Location: BOON LAY.
Requirements
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Strategic and critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask and work independently.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
Time management, meticulous and mature in work.
