Responsibilities
1.
Inbound and outbound management
Supervise the entire process of unloading, acceptance, shelving, picking, packaging, and delivery to ensure that all goods are completely consistent with system records.
Rationally allocate team resources according to order priority to ensure that order accuracy and timeliness meet standards.
2.
Inventory control and data analysis
Real-time monitoring of inventory levels, leading monthly and quarterly inventory checks, and timely handling of differences.
Prepare and interpret core reports (inventory turnover, best-selling/slow-selling analysis), propose and implement optimization plans.
3.
Process optimization and system upgrade
Formulate and continuously improve SOP, eliminate inefficient links, and improve warehouse operation efficiency.
Coordinate ERP related needs and promote system and automation tool upgrades.
4.
Team leadership and 6S management
Lead the team, assign tasks, track performance and conduct training and counseling;
Fully promote 6S (sorting, reorganizing, cleaning, standardizing, maintaining, and safety), conduct regular audits and rectifications, and maintain a safe, clean, and constant temperature working environment
Requires
Extensive Warehouse Operations Experience: Possess 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 1 year in a team leader role, with a strong understanding of warehouse processes and team management.
Bilingual Communication Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English to facilitate seamless communication with the Chinese headquarters and local teams, ensuring efficient cross-regional coordination.
International Logistics Expertise: Well-versed in international customs regulations and compliance procedures, with hands-on experience in cross-border logistics, including shipping and delivery processes.
ERP System Proficiency: Experienced in operating ERP systems, with the capability to identify business needs and propose system optimizations or automation improvements.
Leadership and Team Development: Strong ability to motivate and coach team members, driving the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and effectively implementing 6S management principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
