Job Responsibilities
To perform the traditional / sequential procedure of watch service support, disassembly, assembly, re-casing
To maintain target and deadlines efficiently whilst limiting quality control returns
Visually distinguishing worn / damaged spare parts and adhere to the spare part order / return process
Reparation and adjustment of watch calibres to manufacturer specifications / tolerance
To apply high standards of excellence to every service job with a ‘Right First Time’ attitude in all areas of the department
Continual development with the willingness to improve through constructive communication and training
Maintain high standards of workstation tidiness, cleanliness and organisation
Maintain a precision tool and equipment set to a high standard
Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures
Maintaining excellent levels of positive communication with colleagues
To perform any other duties as requested by the Management team which are deemed reasonable and within the capability
Structured on-job training will be provided
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level qualification
No prior experience required
Proficiency in basic written & spoken English
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Candidates who are keen on training under an apprenticeship
Work location/hours: Orchard/5-day work week
Higher starting salaries for candidates with work experience and/or Diploma holders and above
