We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Sr. Wealth Analyst based in Singapore .

Responsibilities
- Link analytical techniques and framework to business KPIs, customer metrics and the customer experience.
- Collaborate with partner functions (investment advisory, business performance management, investment solutions, segment, digital growth, control & operations) to execute growth strategy.
- Drive campaign analytics initiatives to track, measure and optimize outcomes for customers and Citi Wealth.
- Partner with offshore teams to launch campaigns on time across digital and offline channels while maintaining quality; build a robust tracking strategy with regular updates to program managers.
- Generate and distribute personalized data insights at scale to enable client-facing teams to deliver relevant wealth or service advisory.
- Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, following policy, and escalating/control reporting where needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Fintech/Technology with at least 2 years in data analytics.
- Experience analyzing large datasets using mathematical, statistical and quantitative techniques for complex analyses and data mining.
- Proficiency in programming is essential; knowledge of Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Digital Analytics, Customer/Product Analytics using Big Data and/or Analytics, predictive modeling, and data manipulation/extraction from large databases (SAS/SQL/R/Python; Hadoop is highly preferred).
- Ability to develop dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau is highly preferred.
Education
- Bachelors/University degree, preferably related to Data & Analytics/Computer Science/Math & Statistics.

- Curious and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail; able to perform in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a Can-do attitude; take ownership of delivery.
