We’re looking for someone like that to:
Perform onboarding processing including document review and account set-up.
Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and policies.
Maintain in-depth awareness of potential legislative and policy breaches and act to proactively prevent their occurrence. Provide support to internal clients through hotline/advisory support.
Business partners includes but not limited to within operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk Management, Project team(s). Engage in process improvement project(s) to streamline & automate the document review and/or static update process Your experience and skills
You have:
2-6 years of experience in Wealth Management Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Maintenance or related Operations roles.
Working knowledge of Hong Kong and/or Singapore regulatory landscape favored. Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving. Experience in leading and/or implementing process changes & automation favored You are:
Client service oriented and enjoys working in a team. High motivation and positive can-do attitude. An effective & clear communicator who is comfortable in facing different stakeholders at senior levels Adaptable to a dynamic and changing environment.
