We Want You!
We’re looking for a smart, creative, and edgy web3 marketer with a background in stablecoins and payments, to own our social media presence and community growth.
You live on Twitter and have an uncanny eye to spot emerging narratives before they go mainstream (especially in the stablecoin space).
You also have experience in managing a company’s LinkedIn presence.
In a space where narratives emerge rapidly, if you know how to quickly align narratives and our company story using campaigns, threads, memes that cut through the noise—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Working closely with PR/Communications to own global social media strategy & execution across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Reddit and emerging web3 platforms.
Create and curate trend-driven content—memes, threads, polls, videos, AMAs, Twitter Spaces—that resonate with both crypto-native and web2 fintech audiences looking to enter the web3 space.
Build and grow community by moderating discussions, hosting community calls, and fostering positive engagement across Twitter, Telegram and other channels.
Identify trends, narratives, memes, and cultural moments in real time to position the brand’s relevance to the right audience in the web3 community and in conversations about stablecoins, crypto, blockchain, fintech.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and consistent messaging.
Cultivate relationships with external influencers, KOLs, customers and internal speakers to amplify reach and community trust.
Manage content calendar & publishing cadence for Twitter and LinkedIn that balances thought leadership, product updates, market commentary, and community fun.
Track & optimize engagement, reach, and sentiment; use insights to refine strategy and drive measurable social channel growth.
Be the voice of the community internally: collect feedback, escalate issues, and ensure our community’s voice shapes product and marketing decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Digital marketing or SEO certification/training preferred
3+ years of experience in social media, community and/or content marketing roles, with at least 2 years experience in crypto, blockchain (L1/L2) and fintech.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; outstanding English writing and communication skills (native or near-native proficiency).
Deep familiarity with web3 culture: memes, narratives, terminology, and ethos; active participant in crypto communities on X and Telegram.
Proven ability to grow and manage Twitter/X accounts, Telegram communities, as well as the company’s LinkedIn presence.
Skilled in adapting to content objectives and having agility to create in different formats—LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, short-form video, long-form updates, newsletters.
Have an analytical mindset and comfortable using metrics and dashboards to evaluate performance and formulate strategy.
Experience with community activations such as AMAs, Twitter Spaces, influencer/KOL partnerships, campaigns (ex.
airdrops)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment; proactive, independent, and execution-focused.
Familiarity with stablecoins, DeFi protocols (e.g. staking, yield farming), token launch marketing, web3 payments infrastructure; able to simplify technical concepts for broad audiences.
Preferably based in Hong Kong, Singapore or United States
Bonus: additional language skills, usage of AI tools in content creation, technical writing experience.
