- Lead the design, development, and deployment of WebMethods-based integration solutions to support the company's business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to understand requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies
- Oversee the configuration and customisation of WebMethods components to meet specific business needs
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex integration issues, providing timely and efficient resolutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, process flows, and user guides
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WebMethods features, trends, and industry developments to continuously improve our integration capabilities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in WebMethods development and integration
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing WebMethods-based solutions, including experience with various WebMethods components (e.g., Integration Server, Process Engine, Trading Networks)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex integration issues
- Familiarity with various integration patterns and best practices, including data transformation, message routing, and error handling
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java and/or Groovy, with a good understanding of XML, JSON, and related technologies
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of integration developers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
