Job Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant staff
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Visitor & Student Assistance
- Assist visitors with inquiries about our training programs
- Register new students and provide required materials/information
- Record visitor and student attendance accurately
Administrative Support
- Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, filing, mail handling)
- Assist with coordination of weekend training sessions/events
Schedule & Customer Service
- Manage weekend class schedules, breaks, and events
- Communicate schedule changes promptly
- Handle inquiries professionally, resolving or escalating issues as needed
Job Requirements
- Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may apply
- Prior experience in customer service/receptionist roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
- Must commit to both Saturday and Sunday shifts
