Location: Buroh Crescent (Bus provided at Lakeside MRT)
Working Schedule: 4 weekdays and Saturday | 8am - 5.30pm;(Off 1 fixed weekday and Sunday)
Duties:
- Check the condition of the returned products and confirm if they meet the return criteria.
- Verify Return Reason: Assess whether the reason for the return is valid according to company policies or guidelines.
- Record Decision: After reviewing the item and reason, record whether the return is accepted or rejected, along with the justification.
- Depending on the outcome of the inspection and decision, classify the items as usable, unusable, or in other relevant
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills..
- Basic English proficiency for documentation and recording information.
- Basic IT proficiency (Able to use internal systems and software with minimal supervision for tracking and documenting returns.)
