We're seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to help drive sales growth for our bakery/cake business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale customers, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential wholesale customers, including cafes, restaurants, and specialty food stores.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Growth:
Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads to drive sales growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
Product Knowledge:
Develop in-depth knowledge of our bakery/cake products, including ingredients, pricing, and production capabilities.
Provide product information and samples to customers as needed.
Order Management:
Manage and coordinate wholesale orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction of customer requirements.
Resolve any issues or complaints related to orders or deliveries.
Reporting and Communication:
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager or Owner.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including production and logistics teams.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of bakery/cake products and ingredients is an advantage.
Qualifications:
No specific qualifications required, but a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
