Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for sales expansion and channel development of China's fresh produce (including vegetables, fruits, organic agricultural products, etc.) in the Singapore market.
Focus on developing core clients such as supermarkets (chain/premium), wholesale stalls, and catering supply chains to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
2.Establish and maintain a customer relationship system, including demand connection, order negotiation, price bargaining, and after-sales follow-up.
Address customer needs in product quality, logistics timeliness, inventory management, etc., to enhance customer loyalty.
3.Conduct market research on Singapore's fresh produce industry, analyze competitors' pricing, channel strategies, and consumer preferences.
Develop targeted sales plans and promotion strategies based on the advantages of China's supply chain.
4.Collaborate with China's origin supply chain team to coordinate product procurement, cold chain logistics, customs clearance, and other links.
Ensure product freshness, supply stability, and compliance with relevant standards of Singapore's Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA).
5.Responsible for sales data statistics, report preparation, and performance analysis.
Regularly report market conditions, customer dynamics, and sales progress to management, and put forward optimization suggestions.
6.Participate in industry exhibitions, business negotiations, and other activities to enhance the brand's visibility and influence in the Singapore market.
Requirements:
1.preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
2.At least 3 years of experience in fresh agricultural products, food trade, or FMCG sales.
Experience in developing and maintaining local supermarket and wholesale channels in Singapore is preferred; familiarity with China's fresh produce supply chain is a plus.
3.Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), with excellent negotiation skills, customer development capabilities, and problem-solving abilities to effectively communicate with Chinese and Singaporean stakeholders.
4.Understanding of Singapore's fresh produce market regulatory policies, import customs clearance processes, and food safety standards; experience in cross-border trade operations is preferred.
5.Strong market sensitivity, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork spirit.
Capable of working independently and adapting to the fast-paced trade business environment.
