We’re seeking a proactive and service-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Singapore office and play a key role in shaping how our teams connect, collaborate, and thrive.

As part of the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team at a global leader in digital trading, you’ll help create a world-class environment that reflects our culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Managing In-Office Operations: Oversee reception and visitor check-in, act as a point of contact for building security, and manage vendor relationships (catering, supplies, maintenance).

    Conduct weekly office audits, resolve facilities issues, and coordinate with property management to ensure compliance and service quality.

  • Event & Meeting Support: Serve as the go-to person for internal events and meetings, handling logistics, room setups, deliveries, and mail.

    Provide hands‑on support to ensure smooth execution and a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage Slack channels and ticketing systems for office‑related requests, including access approvals and offsite coordination.

    Support office access programs and maintain accurate usage reports.

    Assist with budget tracking and provide administrative support to the broader Workplace Experience team.

  • Employee Experience & Support Services: Respond to inquiries via Slack, email, and phone, ensuring timely and helpful resolutions.

    Lead or assist with special projects, contribute ideas to improve team efficiency, and maintain key documentation and program materials.

What You Bring

  • Experience & Expertise: 2+ years in Facilities or Workplace Operations, with a solid understanding of workplace policies and procedures.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional service orientation with a calm, professional demeanor and a passion for creating positive experiences.

  • Agility & Ownership: Proactive self‑starter who thrives in dynamic environments, adapts quickly, and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
