Responsibilities
- Design and implement office strategies that align with company goals and improve workplace efficiency.
- Prepare presentation decks to support business strategies and decision-making processes.
- Conduct benchmarking and data analysis to support office occupancy planning and to optimize space utilization.
- Collaborating with facilities management department to support the development and execution of occupancy plans.
- Partnering marketing department to create and implement communication strategy and comms materials and training decks to increase employee engagement and awareness of office initiatives.
- Preparing reports and presentations decks on key metrics and project outcomes for team and management's review
- Collaborate with various departments to support office strategy initiatives.
- Assist in researching the latest trends and best practices in office management and workplace strategy.
- Providing support with regards to workplace experience framework, structure, processes, and improvement work.
- Produce meeting agendas, minutes and coordinate rescheduling of meetings as required.
- Coordinating of work-related projects across Global Teams in multiple Time-zones.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Communications, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related working experience
- Prior experience in office management, marketing, data analytics or a related support role would be very ideal
- Proficient in MS Office software, with particular focus on PowerPoint, Excel, and database applications
- Basic understanding of occupancy planning and space management.
- Ability to develop and support communication strategies.
- Good project management skills.
