Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Downtown
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data management tasks and ensure is accurate.
- Coordinate with FM team to verify and update space data.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meeting with internal team and external vendor.
- Manage data record and documentations.
- Support with presentation content.
- Help to overseeing Move preparation and delivery.
- Write meeting minutes.
- Be present on-site during move days to provide support.
Move conduct after office hours or on weekend.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities management or operations support is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and manage timelines effectively
