Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm; Saturday 8am to 12pm
Job Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the workshop and store
Supervise and lead a team of technicians, electricians, mechanics, welders, fabricators, and store men
Oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing of construction equipment and machinery
Ensure proper inventory management, including parts tracking, procurement, and stock control
Implement and maintain workplace safety protocols
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the construction industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in inventory management, spare parts control, and safety regulations
Experience in construction equipment maintenance is an advantage
Able to converse in Chinese as required to interact with engineers and technicians from China
