The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technical Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of skilled watchmakers.
Your mission is to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop, exceed performance indicators, and guarantee the highest quality of service for our client's esteemed customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service workshop, ensuring efficiency and adherence to the highest technical standards.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of technical staff (watchmakers), including conducting training, performance evaluations, and objective setting.
- Drive workshop performance by analyzing workflows and proposing improvements related to processes, tools, and organization.
- Manage and meticulously follow all repair flows to ensure deadlines and quality objectives (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of the CS workflow while strictly complying with the company's technical guidelines.
Your Profile:
- A qualification in watchmaking (e.g., WOSTEP diploma or equivalent from a recognized school) is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in a watchmaking or technical supervisory role within a high-end after-sales service environment.
- Strong passion for the watch industry and a deep understanding of its craftsmanship.
- Excellent people management and supervisory skills, with a knack for coaching and motivating a technical team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
