YOUR ROLE
To carry out high-quality workshop services and product/service sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and good environmental and economic performance.
Your Responsibilities:
CARRYING OUT MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND PERSONALISATION SERVICES
Diagnose customer equipment needs quickly, in person or remotely.
Provide quotes using the correct billing method (paid, warranty, free).
Explain service costs and inform customers of any changes or delays.
Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and personalization using proper tools and processes.
Operate and maintain workshop machines you've been trained on.
GUARANTEEING YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF YOUR SPORTS CUSTOMERS
Follow fire safety, evacuation, and basic workplace safety rules.
Use proper ergonomics, PPE, and handle hazardous materials safely.
Protect customer data and ensure product safety standards are met.
