岗位职责:
1、负责H3C国际市场的区域销售拓展,围绕渠道营销模式制定相应的市场拓展计划和渠道合作计划,对销售目标和市场目标负责;
2、负责目标区域的合作伙伴挖掘和发展,制定相应合作计划,推动代理协议的签约和本地渠道的维护管理。
3、进行目标区域的合作伙伴拜访和客户拜访,对于H3C海外业务的销售策略和优势能进行宣讲和引导。
4、对重大项目进行直接跟踪和运作,对于中资企业的一带一路项目进行海外本地实施和交付。
5、对于目标区域进行本地市场调研,包括市场空间、各行业特点、可参与机会点及方式、竞争对手动态等,输出相应分析报告。
任职资格:
任职要求:
1、具有5年以上通信行业销售工作经验,计算机、通信及相关专业统招本科及以上学历,能够较长时期的派驻海外工作或海外出差;
2、在通讯行业知名企业有从事海外渠道销售经验者优先,有海外合作渠道和客户资源者优先。
3、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力,良好的演讲能力和客户关系维护能力;
4、具备较高的合作伙伴拓展能力和维护能力,熟悉海外合作的规则和风险;
5、具有较高的项目管理能力和较强的沟通能力,有良好的合作精神;
6、诚实、正直、踏实,富有激情和创造性,勇于承受工作压力并面对挑战。
