New Channels Development Manager, Home Appliances

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
Salary Structure: Basic + Commission
Job Scopes:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute new channel sales strategies to drive business growth.
Channel Development: Identify, establish, and manage new sales channels such as TV shopping, live streaming, and Ecommerce.
Team Leadership: Build and lead the new channel sales team, focusing on talent development and performance management.
Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data from traditional e-commerce platforms to optimize operations and improve sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure sales targets are met.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide regular sales analysis reports to support strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in new channel development (e.g., live streaming, TV shopping).
Proven track record as a sales or business development team leader
Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Results-oriented with strong market insights and business acumen.
Ability to speak and write confidently in both English and Chinese is required, due to the market focus and need to liaise with native Chinese speaking counterparts in our global HQ.
