主要职责:
1.
食物准备与协助
- 协助厨师根据每日菜单和饮食要求准备和分配儿童餐点。
- 清洗、切割并准备水果、蔬菜及其他食材。
- 按照规定时间加热或分发餐点和点心。
- 确保正确标注食物标签(例如:过敏源、素食、特殊饮食需求等)。
2.
清洁与卫生
- 每餐后清洗和消毒厨房用具、餐具及刀叉。
- 清洁并擦拭厨房台面、炉灶、水槽及储藏区域。
- 确保食物妥善储存,厨房环境保持整洁卫生。
- 严格遵守食品安全与卫生规范(如:勤洗手、使用手套等)。
3.
库存与存货管理
- 协助接收并检查食材或食品的送货。
- 整理并轮换存货(先进先出)。
- 在存货不足时通知厨师补货。
4.
一般支援工作
- 协助将餐车送至各班级并分发餐点。
- 协助茶水间或用餐区的简单清洁工作。
- 协助校内活动或庆典期间的餐饮准备与服务。
Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Support
- Assist the cook in preparing and portioning children's meals according to the daily menu and dietary requirements.
- Wash, cut, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Warm or serve meals and snacks at scheduled times.
- Ensure correct food labeling (e.g., allergen, vegetarian, special diets).
2.
Cleaning & Hygiene
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery after each meal.
- Clean and wipe down kitchen counters, stoves, sinks, and storage areas.
- Ensure food is stored properly and the kitchen is kept neat and hygienic at all times.
- Follow food safety standards and hygiene protocols strictly (e.g., handwashing, glove use).
3.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Assist in receiving and checking food deliveries.
- Organize and rotate stock (first-in, first-out).
- Inform the cook when stock is low.
4.
General Support
- Assist with meal trolley movement and serving to classrooms when needed.
- Support simple cleaning tasks in the pantry or dining area.
Assist during events or celebrations involving food.
Working hours: 7am to 4pm
