Urgent! Account Assistant Job Opening In North East Community Development Council – Now Hiring Olympia Diary (Singapore) Pte Ltd



Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of Accounts receivable & Account payable
  • Provide accurate and timely billing, cheque deposits, receipts and refund processing
  • Process refund/credit note submitted by operations team, ensure that all authorized signatories and supporting are obtained
  • Prepare accounts receivables aging report, audit schedules related to accounts receivables and sending of customer's statement of accounts
  • Process payments and documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, reimbursements and reconcile statements
  • Cheque issuances and processing of payments
  • Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts
  • Preparation and submission of CEO's expenses claims
  • Maintain a good filing system for all invoices and receipts
  • Monthly closing and year end audit
  • Support in department adhoc duties when needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma in accountancy or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in similar field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications and SAGE 300 preferably
