Job description

We are looking for a highly committed individual to progressively take on a Managerial role within the company.

Progressive career opportunity for Admin & Accounts Executive based in East Singapore.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day

administrative operations and basic accounting functions.

The role supports the smooth running of

the office and ensures accurate financial records, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable (invoicing, payment processing, collection

follow-ups).

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and petty cash records.

  • Assist with GST submissions, CPF, payroll processing, and statutory filings.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external vendors when required.

Administrative Duties

- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and general office administration.

  • Handle HR administrative support such as leave records, staff claims, and employee files.

  • Support management with scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of office systems and processes.

  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in admin and accounting roles (fresh grads may be considered).

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB).

  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Language Chinese verbal, Malay verbal & English pro.
