Admin Executive Part-Time Job Opening In North West Community Development Council – Now Hiring Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office administration and records management
  • Coordinate service schedules and manage contract renewals
  • Arrange travel bookings, visas, insurance, and accommodation
  • Maintain office housekeeping and manage supply orders
  • Control document storage and disposal with external vendors
  • Manage first-aid inventory including AED and provide assistance when needed
  • Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors and guests
  • Manage incoming letters and courier services
  • Coordinate dispatch and courier schedules
  • Support initiatives to improve company efficiency and effectiveness
  • Administer departmental operations including records and order processing
  • Prepare reports, issue purchase orders, and manage invoice approvals
  • Organize and file departmental documents
  • Assist in company functions and events
  • Draft internal articles on company news and activities
  • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships
  • Liaise with building management and HQ on IT and administrative matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and multitasking administrative duties
