Job description

Job Opportunity: Administrative and Marketing Support Assistant

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: $2,580 – $3,160 per month, depending on experience
Nearest MRT Station: Caldecott MRT Station



We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team as an Administrative and Marketing Support Assistant.

If you enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for communication, and are eager to contribute to meaningful projects, this could be the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with logistics and administrative tasks, including liaising with vendors and performing simple data analysis.

  • Provide secretariat support such as preparing materials, co-facilitating events, and conducting post-event debriefs and evaluations.

  • Monitor contract performance and assist with contract renewals and amendments as required.

  • Design and create exercise audit checklists.

  • Support asset management activities, including inventory control, asset tracking, and scheduling maintenance.

  • Assist in designing and distributing Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs) and other informational materials to support training and communication efforts.

  • Help convert existing training materials into engaging digital learning content.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Resourceful, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

  • A good team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Excellent multitasking and coordination abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently when required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva is an advantage.

  • Proven experience in creating e-learning content is a must.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma or degree qualification.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
