Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

  • Provide administrative support to the team by handling tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.

  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

  • Some experience in an office environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
