Job Description

We are looking to add to our BIZ family and manage a rigorous, relevant, and rewarding business education program for outstanding students from across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Faculty Management – Source, engage, and onboard local and international EMBA faculty in collaboration with the Academic Director and Team Head.

  • Manage faculty contracting, honorarium processing, travel coordination, and post-teaching reconciliation.

  • Support faculty with pre-course preparation, faculty‑AD briefing and/or faculty‑student meetup, class logistics, and post‑course follow‑ups.

  • Maintain accurate faculty records, teaching performance data, and evaluation reports.

  • Assist in organizing faculty workshops and building up faculty pipeline with the Academic Director and Team Head.

  • Curriculum Development – Assist the Academic Director in reviewing, updating, and enhancing the EMBA curriculum to ensure market relevance and alignment with academic standards.

  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and stakeholder consultations to support curriculum innovation.

  • Coordinate internal curriculum review processes, accreditation requirements, and documentation.

  • Contribute ideas for new courses, experiential modules, and overseas electives.

  • Teaching Support and Operations – Manage course scheduling, class timetables, and resource allocation for all EMBA courses.

  • Coordinate with teaching assistants and support the teams to ensure smooth course delivery.

  • Prepare teaching materials, ensure quality control, and facilitate digital or blended learning setup.

  • Track teaching feedback and assist in continuous improvement of teaching quality.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the student support, marketing, experiential learning, operation and finance teams for cohesive programme execution.

  • Support regular segment duties, major programme milestones such as orientation, commencement, overseas modules, and academic committee reviews.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance student learning experience and faculty engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Education, or related disciplines).

  • Minimum 3–5 years (Assistant Manager) or 5–8 years (Manager) of relevant experience in higher education, executive education, or programme management.

  • Prior experience in faculty engagement, curriculum management, or executive learning is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities; Attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both spoken and written) skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, as the role requires frequent liaison with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint) and data management tools (Power BI, etc.).

  • Familiarity with educational technology platforms (e.g., Canvas, Zoom, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or AI tools) will be an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with accountability.
