Your new companyYou’ll be joining a leading global financial institution with a strong presence in Singapore, known for its dynamic culture, commitment to operational excellence, and focus on innovation across institutional services and capital markets.Your new roleAs a Client Service Manager, you will be part of the Private Banking team, supporting Investment Representatives and clients across a wide range of servicing and operational functions.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth client interactions, trade processing, and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with internal business units to ensure client documentation complies with policies and procedures
  • Handling client queries and order taking
  • Supporting trade booking, settlement, and funding issue resolution
  • Following up on margin calls and collateral matters
  • Managing transactional documentation (, client suitability and eligibility)
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures
  • Completing administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense claims, and mailing of marketing materials
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles
  • Diploma or university degree
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written), given the role requires to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues & department where the language specific communication is required
  • CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification
  • Strong knowledge of private banking investment products (FX, equities, fixed income, derivatives)
