Job description

Location: Eunos/Raffles Place

Duration: 6-12 months contract

Salary: Up to $3800

Job Responsibilities:

1) Service Ambassador Duties

* Greet and guide walk-in customers and Financial Representatives.

* Provide general assistance and ensure a positive customer experience.

2) Dropbox Document Management

* Monitor and manage documents submitted via dropbox.

* Ensure proper tracking and handling of incoming forms.

3) Handling Straightforward Enquiries

* Respond to basic policy-related queries.

* Direct customers to appropriate channels for complex issues.

4) Document Release

* Assist in releasing requested documents to customers.

* Ensure proper verification and documentation.

5) Walk-in Support

* Help customers with printing forms and navigating internal systems.

* Provide guidance on form completion and submission.

Job Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in any field, at least 1 year of customer service experience
