The Marketing and Communications team at Busy Bees Asia supports the growth and visibility of a portfolio of leading early childhood education brands across the region.

As a Marketing Brand Executive, you will play a key operational role in supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple preschool brands, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.

This position is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented marketer with 1–2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about brand building in the education space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) and external vendors (designers, agencies) to deliver marketing materials and assets on time.

  • Support lead generation and promotional efforts across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

  • Track and compile campaign results, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights for performance optimisation.

  • Assist in website content updates, social media postings, and email marketing coordination.

  • Support events, centre launches, and other brand initiatives with on-ground logistics and marketing support.

  • Maintain marketing databases, image libraries, and brand asset folders.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities; share insights with the team.

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and raising POs as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience (agency or in-house).

    Internship experience may be considered.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and campaign coordination.

  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing (SEO/SEM/Meta Ads/Google Ads) is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
