Front Desk Administrator Job Opening In Siglap – Now Hiring RECESS Psychology and Coaching Centre Pte. Ltd.


Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using Plato clinic software
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and waiting area
  • assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.

  • Liaise with therapists for scheduling
  • Assist in maintaining clinic supplies

Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken and written English necessary for the position
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Able to manage the pace of the job
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and email
  • Ability to multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in an administrative role

Staff Benefits:

  • Day off on Chinese New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve, if they fall on a working day

  • Sunday & Monday: Off
  • Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
