Govt Customer Service Representative Job Opening In Central Singapore Community Development Council – Now Hiring ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd


Job description

We're looking for a Customer Service Rep to support a government project.

In this role, you'll handle user calls/emails/LiveChat, provide timely solutions, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

It's a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a stable and meaningful project environment, while building your career in customer service.

Location: Labrador Park 
Gross Salary: up to $3200 + Bonus
Leaves: 18 days AL + 1 day Birthday leave + Medical Coverage + Dental Coverage 
Working hours: 5 days a week, Weekend WFH / Off on Weekend 

  • Shift A: 8:45 AM – 6:15 PM
  • Shift B: 11:45 AM – 9:15 PM

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for the public via calls and emails.

  • Provide accurate information on services, processes, and inquiries.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases where needed.

  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience.

  • Contribute to a government initiative that impacts the wider community.
